• All Delivery in the UK is Free for orders over £60
• All orders are tracked for peace of mind and tracking numbers will be included with your order dispatch email.
• Standard delivery will be with Royal Mail, from email confirmation that the order is ready to be delivered.
• We deliver to the mainland UK, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man as part of our domestic shipping service. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO or BFPO boxes as a signature is required upon delivery.
• We track all shipments to ensure that orders arrive safely and securely with our clients. However, on the rare occasion an order does go missing, our insurance cover will allow us to make a claim on your behalf. A refund in full or a replacement will be sent once the prescribed time, as stated by the relevant shipping company in their terms, has elapsed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

• For international shipping including Europe do get in touch regarding shipping costs before ordering. Please note: The UK is no longer part of the European Union, and this means there will be customs and duty charges to pay. For specific charges please see your country's tax authority website. 

All international orders are not duty paid and may incur additional charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We would suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order so you are fully informed. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund, this is not applicable to Made-to-Order and Bespoke products. You must make contact with Marogmi before the return of the item.

Items not received:  

• Please let us know and we will investigate and either send a replacement or a refund depending on your request

To return your order you must advise us by email at: info@marogmi.com  or fill in the return request form on the refund and returns page. We will issue you an authorisation and instructions on how to return the order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All parcels are sent back at your own risk and we advise using a traceable service as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.  We will only accept the return of the item/s if it is sent back in the original and unused condition. We aim to apply all refunds within 48 hours of receiving them, although it can take longer during busy periods, we will inform you.

Please notify Marogmi of any damage or if the product(s) are not in accordance with the order. Do send a written account and photographic evidence, within 5 working days. You can send this via the return request form on the returns and refunds page.  When we are satisfied that the product(s) do not conform with the contract; are not fit for purpose, or are not of satisfactory quality you will be offered a replacement or full refund of the original purchase price. This will include both the cost of initial delivery and for the return of the product(s), except for supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than, or equivalent to, our standard and least expensive method of delivery at the time the order was made or when returning the product(s). Any refund will be credited to the credit card or bank account used to pay for the product(s).

You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order). Production of your bespoke order will start when the payment or deposit is received in full or when all details required by us and/or the Maker to complete the order are received, whichever is the later

• We reserve the right not to process your order if:
• We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
• We do not deliver to your area; or
• One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. 
• If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.

We occasionally do local fairs and pop-ups where we offer a selection of our products, which include our tea towels, napkins, coasters and other home decor items. We do not carry samples of the tea towels.

We do have samples available for the tablecloths.

Selected designs can be purchased by the metre. This must be five metres or more. Do contact via email if interested. I encourage you to work on your own fabulous projects with my designs. These must, however, be for your own private use and not for resale. If you are interested in using the patterns for large works, please do get in touch with Marogmi so your approach can be further discussed.
