Returns and Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund, this does not apply to Made-to-Order and Bespoke products, please see the information regarding this on the FAQ.

You are responsible for the return of the item if you have changed your mind. You must begin the return process by contacting Marogmi before you return the item.

Refunds will be processed the same day that the package reaches us. From that point, the time it takes the funds to reach your account will depend on your bank. Whilst it can take up to 5 working days, on average it takes just 2 days

Damages or Issues

Please notify Marogmi of any damage or if the product(s) are not in accordance with the order. To start the return process do send a written account with photographic evidence, within 5 working days. You can send this via the return request form on the returns and refunds page below. 

When we are satisfied that the product(s) do not conform with the contract; are not fit for purpose, or are not of satisfactory quality you will be offered a replacement or full refund of the original purchase price. This will include both the cost of initial delivery and for the return of the product(s), if not already met by Marogmi. Any refund will be credited to the credit card or bank account used to pay for the product(s)

Changed Your Mind

To return your order you must advise us by email at: info@marogmi.com. This must be within 14 days of receipt of  your order. We will issue you an authorisation and instructions on how to return the order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All parcels are sent back at your own risk and we advise using a traceable service as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. We will only accept the return of the item/s if it is sent back in the original and unused condition. We aim to apply all refunds within 48 hours of receiving them, although it can take longer during busy periods, we will inform you.

Items not received

Please let us know and we will investigate and either send a replacement or a refund

depending on your request

 

Cancellation for bespoke items

You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order). Production of your bespoke order will start when the payment or deposit is received in full or when all details required by us and/or the Maker to complete the order are received, whichever is the later


Cancellation by us

We reserve the right not to process your order if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

We do not deliver to your area; or

One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
